It was the dream of
sardar Vallabhbhai Patel to have educational institute
in rural areas. Bhaikaka & Bhikhabhai established
educational township known as Vallabh Vidya nagar.
Late Shree Gordhanbhai Vakil was
a visionary and an able administrator.
Under his stuart leadership so many new faculties
& courses emerged. He founded Shri Ram Krisna
Seva Mandal trust in 1954.
Anand Homoeopathic college was established in 1980.
Initially Diploma course D.H.M.S. was affiliated with
Homoeopathic council of Gujarat state.
In 1985 our college is affiliated
to Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidya Nagar to
impart Graded Degree course [i.e. after D.H.M.S.].
We are the pioneers to establish
this course in Gujarat State.
In 1986 the direct degree course
started is of 5 ½ years course
including 1 year internship
traing. Our college is the founder
college of this degree course in Gujarat State. Since
than we are progressing and today we have capacity
of 100 students and good reputation too.
Our college is a grant in aid college and
our internees are drawing a
Stipend according to Government of Gujarat.
During last 25 years this college
is involved in constructive and social activities
like Medical camps, School Health check up programme
conducted by Government of Gujarat and extra curricular
activities by arranging seminars in various topics.

Our
Mission is to provide knowledge of Homeopathy
to the students practically and theoretically. To
create awareness among people about Homoeopathy
& to promote this therapy for the benefit of society. |

Our
college has a well-developed and well-equipped
Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and Pharmacy
laboratories with enough number of specimens
in each lab, and department of Forensic medicine,
Preventive and social medicine, Materia Medica,
Organon and Hom. Philosophy, Repertory and Medicine
are well equipped with latest Soft ware, charts
and instruments.
The
library of our college is having good numbers
of books with latest editions, Maximum number
of National and international Journals of
Homoeopathy as well asPractice of medicine
Surgery and Obstetrics and Gynecology.
We have computer lab for students and Audio-visual
library with multimedia Projector too. All
the Lecture halls are well equipped with overhead
projectors, and sound systems. The facilities
of Girl'hostel and Boy's Hostel is available
for the students. We have our own seminar
hall and conference hall. We are arranging
Seminars on different subjects of Homoeopathy
and the speakers are from well known Homoeopaths
of India.
We
have 25-bedded Hospital with many rural OPDS.
Hospital is well equipped to attend the emergencies.
having all the three departments i.e.Medicine,
Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Surgery with
modern diagnostic laboratory Separately at
our Hospital.
Also
having visiting faculties of Ophthalmology,
ENT, Pediatrics, Psychiatrics, Dentistry Skin
and VD. We have also Vaccination center under
DHO.
We
are running peripheral OPDS
at various places like Swaminarayan
Vidyapith Valasan, Lambhvel,
V.V.Nagar, Vithhal
udyognagar, Napa vanta Sadanapura
Dhebakuv Ranchhodji mandir,Chikhodara, Khetiwadi,
Kanjari.
We
are providing indoor facilities to homoeopathic
patient on no profit no loss basis. Free medical
camps and Awareness camps are regularly arranged
in rural areas with the help of BSW
and MSW faculties.

The
college offers five and half years, full time
degree course i.e. B.H.M.S.
The
total intake in the college is lOO. The
degree is issued by Sardar Patel University
after completing compulsory Internship of one-year
duration, which is after passing final Degree
examination.

candidate shall be admitted to B.H.M.S. course
unless he has

Passed the Higher secondary Board exams with physics
chemistry & Biology as his subjects. |

Attend
the age of 17years on or before 31s' December
of the year of his admission to the first year
of the B.H.M.S course. |
| |
Blind [including colour blind, deaf and/or dumb]
candidates shall not be allowed for admition in
this course. |

 |
Admission
committee of Govt. of Gujarat Centralizes the
admission on merit basis. |
| |
As
college is a grant in Aid College the fee structure
is according to Gov. Of Gujarat . The
present fee structure is 12500/ per term. |
