Prepares complete Architectural Drawings set for the
structures to satisfy all Architectural requirements
as instructed and guided by an Architect.

Architectural presentation drawings along with perspective
drawing of the structure.

Prepares
presentation models of the structure and study models
for the projects.
|
|
Prepares a complete building drawing set e. g. Municipal
submission drawing for technical sanction, drawing
for execution work of the structure, supplying copies
to owner, contractor, engineer etc. maintains record
for future reference.

Prepares structural drawing for services layout for
(a) Water supply. (b) Drainage. (c) Electrical.
|
|
Prepares structural drawing either for R. C. C. work,
steel or for the both.
|
|
Prepares working drawings for different building components
for proper execution.
|
|
Takes
out ammonia print for tracings of the Drawing mentioned
above.
|
|
Prepares tracings of the old existing structures for
proposing additions and alterations.
|
|
Prepares submission drawing for proposed additions
and alterations in existing structure as per Municipal
Gujarat Government Urban Development byelaws.

Prepares
measure drawings from measurements taken from existing
buildings for valuation purpose in reference to sale,
purchase or wealth tax of property.

|
Prepares
an estimate for the aforesaid proposed structures.
|
|
Carries
out survey work on the site for layout measurement
different of land and existing building.
|
|
Carries
out foundation layout on the site of construction for
the given building.
|
|
Prepares
presentation drawings or detailed drawings from like
sketches given by an Architect or an Engineer.
|
|
Knows
the general building byelaws. He may be specialized
in a particular type of work e. g. Civil Engineering,
Structural drawing, Architectural Drawing, Model making
or Computer Drawing (AutoCAD ) and be Designated accordingly.
